Swiss roll??
A Swiss roll is a type of sponge cake roll. The thin cake is made of eggs, flour and sugar and then baked in a very shallow rectangular baking tray. The cake is then removed from the pan and spread with jam or buttercream, rolled up and served in circular slices.
Here, in 1 BAKERY, we make our swiss roll different from the others. We uses the finest eggs and the finest flour. Not only we spread it with normal jam and buttercream, we use the best quality of jam and also depending on the flavors we use fresh cream as our filling.
